The two-year full time double-degree programme Innovation Management is run by Aalborg University and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and coordinated by the Sino-Danish Center in Beijing. The Danish degree is awarded by Aalborg University and is named Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Innovation Management) and in Danish Cand.merc. i Innovation Management. The Chinese degree is awarded by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS). The programme enrolls both Danish and international students.
The programme is managed by the International Business Centre at AAU and is taught in English and is designed following the principles of transnational, transdisciplinary, and team-based culture; the principles that define today’s dynamic and fast changing world.
APPLICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
The programme takes place in Beijing, China.
A bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration (three years) or equivalent to it is required. However, students with a bachelor’s degree in other fields are also encouraged to consider the programme and apply especially if they have relevant practical experience.
The programme offers a limited number of seats. After the assessment of applications, the best professionally qualified students will be offered enrolment on the programme. Professional qualification includes the student’s GPA (grade point average) as well as other factors, which provide an additional insight into the professional qualification of the student.
According to the Danish legislation, applicants with an already completed master’s degree will be given last priority, and can only be admitted provided that there will be available student spots after the first round of application.
