The specialication in Organisation offers the opportunity to study in-depth how modern expectations and demands of the environment are managed in modern organisations. These expectations come in the form of new formal regulations and what can be called soft regulations – widespread expectations on what the organisation should be doing. In particular we study soft regulation in the form of the pressures to adopt new management trends, demands for ethical behavior and social responsibility as well as demands on transparency that are propagated through media.
