The Master’s programme in Geoinformatics at Aalborg University Copenhagen is for students who want to learn how to use geographic information to solve real-world problems. As a student, you can work in areas such as smart cities, environmental monitoring, transportation planning, or transition towards renewable energy by developing interactive mapping solutions and conducting spatial analyses.
The aim of the programme in Surveying, Planning and Land Management with specialisation in Land Management is to provide you with knowledge and competence in dealing with spatial development, governance and land administration systems. It inspires the development and implementation of land-use related policies and regulation, as well as specific land management strategies and spatial plans in both urban and rural areas.
SURVEYING AND MAPPING
This programme will provide you with theories and practical knowledge on how to use positioning/mapping technologies such as satellite positioning, photogrammetry, remote sensing and laser scanning. After completing the programme, you will be able to analyse and solve real world problems related to positioning/mapping.
